I passed my Class 1 licence on the first attempt thanks to the outstanding support I received from this driving school. From the very first lesson I felt guided, encouraged, and genuinely prepared rather than rushed or overwhelmed. Mark is the most knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring instructor I’ve ever had. His calm confidence, clear explanations, and practical teaching style turned tricky manoeuvres into manageable steps. He takes meticulous care of his lorry, which made me feel safe and allowed me to focus on learning. Beyond technical skill, Mark’s encouragement and attention to detail built my confidence for the test.Emma was friendly, efficient, and incredibly organised throughout the whole process. 25/03/26 I just passed my HGV practical test. I would recommend showtime to anyone. Prices range is great. You get great quality training. My instructor was MARK. Top guy. The quality of training that mark provided, helped me get to where I needed to be ready for my test. I say big thank you to Emma for organising everything for me. Been a massive help. I recently completed my Class 1 HGV training with Showtime HGV Training, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Emma handled everything from start to finish, organising my medical, providing access to a theory test study programme, right the way through to  booking my practical test. The whole process was smooth and completely stress-free thanks to her. Before this, the biggest vehicle I’d driven was a panel van, so stepping up to a Class 1 was a real challenge. But with the expert guidance from my instructor Mark, I quickly built confidence and developed the skills I needed. I’m proud to say I passed first time with only one minor fault – which is a testament to Mark’s knowledge, patience, and quality of instruction.
